The next-gen 2023 Chevy Colorado employs a brand-new platform with a wheelbase that is 3.1 inches longer with added ride height. The Chevy Colorado Trail Boss employs an Ultra-Wide platform that is 3.0 inches wider than Colorado LT trim levels and adds a 2-inch lift kit. The Chevy Colorado ZR2 adds a 3-inch lift to the platform. Brand-new 2023 Chevy Colorado models are available in five grades - Work Truck, LT, Z71, ZR2 and the brand-new Trail Boss. New 2023 Chevy Colorado Engine Specs

The Chevy Colorado has been a standout in the mid-size pickup truck class with tremendous towing power and the best get even better with the release of the 2023 Chevy Colorado. Next-generation Chevy Colorado models employ three variants of a 2.7-liter Turbo engine - the base 237-horsepower 2.7-liter Turbo four-cylinder, the 310-horsepower 2.7-liter Turbo Plus and the 2.7-liter Turbo High-Output with 430 pound-feet of torque. The turbocharged engine promises a marked improvement over the previous 3.6-liter V-6 and 2.8-liter Duramax® Turbodiesel. When equipped for towing, the 2023 Chevy Colorado will tow up to 7,700 pounds.
