I came for a vehicle recall, when I arrived. They took my vehicle and made the necessary replacement in a timely manner . I was well pleased with the service I received that day.

I have been without my truck for 3 weeks due to a failed recall repair(that I did not request). Communication has been poor(I still don’t have a timeline for repair) and I was given misinformation about being able to pick up my truck. I have been extremely patient but this may be my last dealing with Harbin on anything.
